The Council of Israeli Community is a non profit organization and it's goal is to help the community remain informed, united and involved in the activities that preserve our heritage, strengthen our youth, and support Israel's inalienable right to enjoy both a livelihood and security.
In addition, the CIC works to provide the synergy needed to any organization which supports these values and ideals.
To supoort this goal the Council will focus is on the following objectives:
Israeli and Jewish Community: To provide the synergy needed for any organization which supports above values and ideals. There are many opportunities, possibilities and resources which can be shared and thus enhanced the activities of the many organization while streangting our community. The CIC is goal is to provide the platform for synergy without interfering with each organization independence and agenda.
Solidarity and Support: The CIC will work in cooperation with other organizations that share common goals in assisting Israel, as well as assisting and supporting local and national government officials as needed and requested. CIC will initiate and support meetings, lectures, rallies, dinners, and festivals in solidarity with Israel.
Education: CIC will promote Israel’s positive image among Jewish and non-Jewish communities. We will show Israel’s long-term and short-term historical and political right to live a non-threatening life on its land and around the world.
Culture and Heritage: The CIC will encourage and support programs and events which preserve the Jewish and Israeli traditions and culture. It is very important to pass on our culture and heritage to future generation and to support or initiate activity that supports these goals.
